- 4 x 3/4 pound cornish game hens
- 10 ounce Green giant rice originals f Medley, thawed
- 1/2 c. Apple, minced
- 1/2 c. Celery, minced
- 1/4 c. Onion, minced
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cinnamon

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Removegiblets. Rinse hens inside and out; pat dry. In medium bowl, combine all stuffing ingredients; mix well. Spoon 1/4 of stuffing mix into body cavity of each hen. Secure body openings with wooden picks or possibly metal skewers. Tie legs together with string. Place hens in ungreased 13x9" baking dish.
