Ingredientes
- 6 whl Cornish game hens
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 x Celery stalks, minced
- 1/2 x Green peppers, minced
- 8 ounce Mushrooms, minced
- 1 whl garlic clove, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh basil, chopped
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh parsley
- 3/4 c. Butter, melted
Direcciones
- Stir 1/2 c. melted butter with onion, celery, green pepper, mushrooms, garlic, and herbs. Season hens inside and out with salt and pepper. Stuff bird with equal amounts of the vegetable mix. Place birds in baking dish, breast side up. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 c. butter. Cover and bake 1-1/2 hrs at 325 degrees. Brown at 500 degrees.
