Ingredientes
- 2 med baking apples unpeeled, and cubed into 1" pcs
- 1 med pear unpeeled, and cubed into 1" pcs
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. apple juice concentrated
- 3 whl cloves
- 2 x cinnamon sticks
- 2 x cardamom pods
- 2 x allspice berries
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in a large saucepan over high heat.
- Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer, uncovered, for 20 min, till the apples and pears are soft. Add in more water if necessary.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
