Receta Applesauce - Banana Bread

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 T lowfat milk
- 1 c. applesauce
- 2 mashed bananas
Direcciones
- Cream oil and sugar together. Add in large eggs and beat well. In a separate bowl, stir dry ingredients together. Add in the applesauce and bananas to the creamed sugar mix. Then fold in lowfat milk. Add in dry ingredients and beat till well mixed. Pour batter into a well greased and lightly floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 min (less if using a glass pan). Let stand 15 min before removing from pan.
