Receta Cranberry Congealed Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 box (large) strawberry jello
- 1 can (large) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 1 ct (8-ounce) lowfat sour cream
- 1/3 c. Minced nuts
- 1 can Whole-berry cranberry sauce Whipped cream Lettuce leaves
Direcciones
- Mix cranberry sauce with gelatin that has been dissolved in 2 c. boiling water. Drain pineapple & mix in gelatin mix, lowfat sour cream & nuts. Fold well & pour into mold or possibly pan. When set, cut into squares & place on lettuce leaf & top with whipped topping if you like, or possibly eat as a dessert.
