  1. Sift together first 6 ingredients. Set aside. Cream together sugars, large eggs and oil. Add in flour mix, alternating with the lowfat milk till well blended. Add in applesauce and grated apple.Heat veg. oil in a deep frying pan or possibly pan till hot. Be careful not to overheat oil. Carefully add in batter by the spoonful to the hot oil. Fry till golden (they will float to the top of the oil). Drain on paper towels and sift with powdered or possibly cinnamon sugar.
