- 1/2 c. Veg. oil
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Apricot nectar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Confectioner's sugar
- 1 x Lemon, juice of
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients well; beat for 3 min. Bake in tube pan in 350 degree oven for about 1 hour. Glaze while hot.
- To make glaze: Combine ingredients till well mixed.
