Receta Arline's Spinach Dip

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. (10 ounce) frzn minced spinach, thawed
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. dry leek soup mix
- 3/4 c. minced fresh parsley
- 3/4 green onions
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- 2 teaspoon salad seasoning mix
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Sliced radish for garnish
Direcciones
- 1. Squeeze spinach of excess moisture. Finely chop and set aside.2. In large bowl, put together lowfat sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir in soup mix, mixing well.
- 3. Mix in spinach, other vegetables and seasonings, blending till well combined. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hrs or possibly overnight.
- 4. Garnish with sliced radishes when ready to serve. Accompany with sliced fresh vegetables and/or chips and crackers.
- Tip: The dip improves in flavor if made a day in advance, covered and refrigerated.
