Receta Aromatic Broth With Vegetable Slivers

Ingredientes
- 1 stalk lemon grass
- 4 c. cubed chicken meat chicken or possibly fish stock
- 1/2 c. sliced cilantro leaves
- 1 x serrano or possibly jalapeno chili
- 1/2 tsp grated lime zest lime juice to taste
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt pepper to taste
- 3 ounce snow peas
- 1 med carrot, peeled
- 4 med radishes green part of 1 scallion
- 2 Tbsp. whole cilantro leaves
Direcciones
- Cut lemon grass in 2-inch pcs; bruise lightly. Combine with stock, cilantro stems, chili, and lime zest in sauce pan.
- Simmer, covered, 15 min (halfway through, taste and remove warm pepper, if you like, or possibly leave in longer for more heat).
