Ingredientes
- 1 can refried beans
- 8 ounce cheese (cheddar or possibly Monterey Jack)
- Spanish olives
- Lowfat sour cream
- Nachos
- Salsa (put together tomatoes or possibly tomatillos, 1 teaspoon cilantro, minced onion and jalapenos)
Direcciones
- Mix can of refried beans with salsa, cook for about 20 min. Add in cheese and stir till melted. Pour over nachos, top with lowfat sour cream and garnish with olives.
