Receta Easy Stuffed Peppers

Ingredientes
- 5 bell peppers
- 1 pound grnd beef
- Approx. 1/4 pound rice
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mix grnd beef, onion, soup and rice in a bowl. (Salt and pepper if you like.) Stuff into peppers. Put in large pot. Pour crushed tomatoes and sauce into pan. Bring to boil. Then simmer for approximately 1 hour till grnd beef is cooked. Add in water as needed.
