  • 1 Tbsp. AM Unrefined Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 c. Minced onion
  • 1/2 c. AM Garbanzo Flour
  • 4 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr (optional)
  • 1 tsp Sweet basil leaves crushed

Direcciones

  1. Preheat heavy saute/fry' pan, then add in oil and onion and saute/fry' till soft.
  2. Add in 1 c. cool water. Stir in flour till smooth. Stir in remaining water gradually. Add in seasonings. Let cook over medium low heat till slightly thickened, stirring occasionally (or possibly over higher heat stirring constantly). Don't allow to boil.
