Receta Asian Kiwi Sesame Lemongrass Marinade

Ingredientes
- 4 x kiwi fruit
- 2 x shallots
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. minced lemongrass
- 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 c. sesame oil
- 4 piece star anise
Direcciones
- Puree all ingredients except oils and star anise in blender. Add in oils and star anise.
- To use: Place meat or possibly pork in a shallow pan, pour marinade over and let stand for 15 min. Remove meat from marinade. Chill meat for one hour or possibly more before preparing.
