Receta Asian Lime And Coriander Dressing

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 2 Tbsp. coriander, fresh minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sambal oelek or possibly similar
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger root
- 1 pch salt & freshly grnd pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in screw top jar and shake vigorously.
- Serve over warm steamed asparagus, green beans and zucchini.
- Serve over cool: mushrooms, shallots and bell peppers/capsicums.
- Makes 6 servings.
