- 1 x Onion chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Grated fresh ginger root
- 1 Tbsp. Grated tangerine or possibly orange rind
- 1 pch Salt or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients. Marinate 2 ducks, cut into pcs, in mix for 4 to 12 hrs, as required.
