Ingredientes
- 1/2 lb Spaghetti, broken in half And cooked
- 1 c. To 2 broccoli florets, Cooked till crisp tender
- 2 x Green onions, sliced
- 1 c. Snow peas, cooked till Crisp tender
- 1 x Carrot, julienned, cooked Till crisp tender
- 1/2 x Cuke, peeled, seeded and Sliced
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
- 7 tsp Chicken stock
- 1 Tbsp. Lowsodium soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. Rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 30 ml Garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp Grated gingerroot
- 1/4 tsp Five spice pwdr
- 1 tsp Apple juice concentrate
- 2 dsh Oriental sesame oil
- 1 c. Shredded chicken, optional
Direcciones
- Combine pasta and vegetables and set aside while making dressing. Combine dressing ingredients, bring to a boil and boil till thickened, 1 minute, stirring constantly. Serve at room temperature.
