Receta Asian Pepper Steak

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Sirloin steak, cut in 1/2" strips
- 1 1/2 tsp Accent
- 1/4 c. Oil
- 1 c. Beef bouillon
- 1/4 tsp Ginger
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 2 x Green peppers, cut in strips
- 1 med Onion, sliced
- 2 x Tomatoes, peeled, cut in wedges
- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. Water
Direcciones
- Sprinkle beef with 1/2 the Accent. Brown in oil. Add in bouillon, sugar, ginger and soy sauce. Bring to boil and simmer 15 min, covered. Add in vegetables and sprinkle with remaining Accent. Cook 15 min. Combine cornstarch and water; stir into beef mix till thickened. Simmer 30 min. You can cook less for crispier vegetables.
