Receta Asian Style Beef Kabobs

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Sherry extract
- 2 cl Garlic,chopped
- 1 tsp Grated ginger root
- 1 1/2 lb Boneless beef top sirloin Steak, cut 1" thick
- 8 x 1 x 1" cubes fresh Pineapple
- 1 sm Green pepper, cut into 8 Pcs
Direcciones
- Combine first 6 ingredients.Cut steak into 16 1" cubes;place in plastic bag.Pour marinade over beef,turning to coat.Tie bag securely and marinate in refrigerator 6 to 8 hrs or possibly overnight. Drain marinade into small saucepan.Cook slowly 5 min.Alternately thread 4 beef cubes,2 pineapple cubes and 2 green pepper pcs on each of 4 12" skewers.Place kabobs on grill over ash-covered coals so surface of meat is 3 to 4" from heat.Boil 15 to 20 min,depending on doneness desired (rare or possibly medium),turning and brushing with marinade occasionally.
