- 4 green garlic, thinly sliced,m including green tops
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (4oz, 120ml) milk
- 1/2 cup (4oz, 120gr) Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
