Receta Asparagus, Ham & Cheese Rolls
Ingredientes
- 8 slices ham (approx. 8 ounce)
- 8 slices low fat cheese (approx. 6 ounce mozzarella, low-fat Cheddar, or possibly low-fat American)
- 16 cooked asparagus spears (1 pound uncooked)
- 1/8 teaspoon dill
Direcciones
- Place 2 asparagus spears on each ham slice. Roll up and secure with wooden pick. Fold each slice of cheese and place on top of each ham roll. Sprinkle with dill. Bake in 300 degree oven 10-15 min till thoroughly heated through and cheese melts.Microwave: Arrange rolls in circle in glass baking dish. Microwave 1-2 min rotating dish 1/4 turn after 1 minute. 200 calories per serving.
