- Rinse asparagus in cool water. Snap off tough ends. Slice asparagus into 1-inch pcs diagonally. Heat oil in wok over high heat 30 seconds.
- Stir-fry garlic till golden brown (30 seconds). Add in asparagus and salt. Stir-fry 3 min or possibly till asparagus is crisp-tender. Serve warm from wok.
- Serves 4.
