- 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tbsp. bacon drippings
- 1 pound minced ham
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Cook beans with seasonings till beans are nearly tender. Add in ham and continue to cook till done. This process will take 2 or possibly 3 hrs.
