Ingredientes
- 2 c. fat-free skim lowfat milk or possibly 1 percent low-fat lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. strong, freshly brewed coffee Cinnamon or possibly grated chocolate, optional

- Serves four. Place lowfat milk in 2 c. glass measuring c.. Microwave on high till warm. Place warm lowfat milk and sugar in a blender container. Cover with a vented lid and blend till frothy, about 1 minute. To serve, divide coffee among four c.. Top each with frothy lowfat milk. Sprinkle with cinnamon or possibly grated chocolate.
