Ingredientes
- 1 lb chicken cutlets, sliced 1/2 inch thick
- 1 slc mozzarella cheese for each cutlet bread crumbs
- 1 stk butter (1/4 c.) melted
- 1 c. white wine
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip each cutlet in bread crumbs and lay a piece of cheese in the middle of the cutlet. Roll the cutlet up and secure with a toothpick. Dip the roll in butter, then in bread crumbs and place in a baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. After all the cutlets are dipped, drizzle the remaining butter over the cutlets and bake uncovered for 20 min. Add in white wine and bake uncovered another 20 min.
