Ingredientes
- 3 c. Cooked red lentils
- 1 c. Mashed potatoes
- 1 c. Pumpkin, mashed with the potatoes
- 1 c. Carrot, mashed with the potatoes
- 1/2 c. Sesame seeds
- 1/2 c. Almonds, grnd
- 3/4 c. Grated carrot
- 1/2 c. Hard tofu, mashed Tamari and pepper to season
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 200C. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Mold into patties and place on an oiled baking sheet. Bake for 20 mins. Serve with your favourite garnishes on a bun.
