  • 1/4 c. Butter
  • 1/4 c. Margarine, (3 tb or possibly less!)
  • 1 med Onion,
  • 1 lb (1 cn) tomatoes,
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper sauce,
  • 1 tsp Salt, Or possibly TO TASTE
  • 1/4 tsp Sugar, or possibly sugar sub
  • 1/4 tsp Dry leaf thyme,
  • 4 c. Celery, cut diagonally
  • 10 ounce (1 pk) frzn peas, thawed

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in large skillet; add in onion and cook till tender. Drain tomatoes, reserve solids. Add in tomato liquid, pepper sauce, salt, sugar and thyme to skillet; bring to a bowl. Stir in celery and cook 10 min or possibly till tender barely tender. Add in tomatoes; heat to serving tempertature and turn on to serving dish.
