- 2 x avocados, peeled & minced
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly grnd pepper

- Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover and blend on high speed till smooth, about 45 seconds. Serve with raw vegetables, assorted crackers or possibly fried tortillas.
- Makes 1 2/3 c. of dip.
