Receta Avocado Sandwiches

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/4 c. (60 ml) mayonnaise Salt and freshly grnd pepper to taste
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon juice Warm sauce to taste (optional)
- 4 slc white or possibly whole wheat bread
- 2 slc bacon, fried crisp (optional)
Direcciones
- In a small bowl mash the avocado along with the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and optional warm sauce. The mix should still have lumps of avocado. Spread on 2 slices of bread and top with crisp bacon if you like. Top with the remaining bread.
