Receta Avocado Summer Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 x Avocado peeled and mashed
- 2 x Onions minced
- 2 x Tomatoes minced
- 3 Tbsp. Lettuce minced, (3 to 4)
- 1 sprg spring onion green minced Salt to taste Pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Olive or possibly salad oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. White vinegar Salt to taste Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients for dressing and chill.
- Mix all ingredients for salad except lettuce and chill.
- Just before serving, pour dressing, add in lettuce, toss well.
- Serve chilled.
- Making time: 15 min (except chilling)
- Makes: 4 servings
