Receta Bacardi Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 ounce Bacardi rum
- 1 tsp Tomato ketchup
- 1/2 ounce Lemon juice
- 1/4 pt Chicken stock
- 2 ounce Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Cornstarch
Direcciones
- In a saucepan, pour bacardi rum. Add in tomato ketchup, chicken stock and reduce by half. Add in diluted cornstarch and simmer for 5 min. Add in butter an whisk into mix, season with salt and pepper to taste.
