Receta Bacon, Lettuce, Tomato Spring Rolls
Ingredientes
- 1 bunch lettuce leaves
- 1 med tomato, sliced
- 6 pieces of bacon, fried
- 5 pcs fresh basil
- rice paper
- hot sauce or chili flakes
- Sesame-Soy Dipping Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp fresh Lime Juice or calamansi
- 1 tsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp hot sauce
Direcciones
- Gently dip each rice paper in warm water for a few seconds till damp. Don't over soak the rice paper.
- Place rice paper on plate and begin to add the fillings.
- (As rice paper begins to absorb the water and become more soft and pliable)
- Start layering your fillings of lettuce, tomatoes and bacon.
- Roll the paper wrapper with fillings away from you, tucking and rolling the wrapper with your fingers, making sure all the fillings remain tight and round within the rice paper wrapper.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
