- 4 c. Diced potatoes
- 1 jar , (12-ounce) bacon pcs
- 1 x Minced onion
- 4 Tbsp. Butter/margarine
- 1 c. Minced celery
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 1 x Sliced carrot
- 2 c. Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- In 3 qt casserole, combine 1st 7 ingredinets. Cover loosely with plastic wrap. Microwave on high 13-15 min or possibly till potatoes are tender; stirring once. Stir in lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Recover. Cook at high 8 min or possibly till heated through.
