Receta Bacon Stuffed Avocados

Ingredientes
- 4 x Avocados, ripe & unpeeled Lemon juice
- 8 slc crisp bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Ketchup
- 1/4 c. Wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
Direcciones
- Cut avocados in half. Remove pits and brush with lemon juice. Fill with bacon. Combine remaining ingredients and heat to boiling.
- Drizzle some sauce over avocados and pass remaining sauce separately.
- Yield: 8 servings
