Ingredientes
- 2 lrg oranges
- 1 c. pineapple chunks
- 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut maraschino cherries
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 . Cut oranges in half crosswise. With small serrated knife remove fruit. Separate orange sections. In medium bowl toss together orange sections, pineapple, brown sugar and honey. Spoon into orange c.. Place filled c. in 9 inch square baking dish. Bake for 15 min. Sprinkle with coconut. Continue baking for 5 - 10 min or possibly till fruit is heated through and coconut is lightly browned. Top each with cherry.
