Receta Baked Buffalo Wings

Ingredientes
- 2 lb chicken drummettes - (abt 24)
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. red pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Paprika to taste Celery sticks if you like
- 1/3 c. reduced-fat cottage cheese
- 1/2 tsp white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. crumbled blue cheese
- 1/8 tsp freshly-grnd white pepper
- 1 x garlic clove finely minced
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line jelly roll pan, 15 1/2- by 10 1/2- by 1-inch, with aluminum foil. Remove skin from chicken.
- Mix honey, ketchup, pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce in resealable plastic food-storage bag. Add in chicken. Seal bag and chill at least 15 min but no longer than 24 hrs, turning occasionally.
- Make Blue Cheese Dipping Sauce: Place cottage cheese, vinegar, lowfat milk, half of the blue cheese, the white pepper and garlic in blender or possibly food processor. Cover and blend on low speed till smooth and creamy. Spoon into serving dish. Stir in remaining blue cheese. Cover and chill till serving.
- Place chicken in pan; sprinkle with paprika. Bake uncovered about 30 min or possibly till crisp and juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pcs are cut. Serve with celery sticks and sauce.
- This recipe yields 12 servings, 2 wings and 1 Tbsp. sauce each.
