Receta Baked Camembert And Gorgonzola With Honey And Oatcakes

Ingredientes
- 1 whl camembert, (in wooden box)
- 1 x Garlic clove
- 2 sprg fresh thyme Crusty bread
- 1 x Wedge Gorgonzola
- 2 x Oat cakes
- 2 tsp Good quality set honey
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven to 200C/Gas 6.
- 1 Cut the garlic into slivers and push into the cheese with the thyme sprigs. Bake for 20 min till beginning to soften and heat.
- 2 Cut two slices of Gorgonzola and place on top of the oatcakes.
- Drizzle over the honey. Remove the camembert from the oven and serve with pcs of crusty bread, ripe pears, grapes, and apple slices for dipping and spreading.
