Receta Baked Chicken and Apples
Oh Yum! Great Meal on a Special Occasion.
Ingredientes
- 4 Chicken Breasts (Whole)
- 2 Apples (Of your choice) Sliced
- 1/2 cup apple Juice (100%)
- 1/2 cup low sodium Chicken Stock
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Pre Heat Oven 400 F
- Add Chicken Breasts into baking dish with apple juice and chicken stock, S & P, cover with aluminum foil and bake 45 minutes, remove foil add sliced apples and return to oven for 8 more minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
- We love these served over thick noodles.
