Receta Baked Chicken With Herbs

Ingredientes
- 1 x 2-1/2lb broiler-fryer chicken
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 2 Tbsp. Olive or possibly vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. Finely minced onion
- 1/4 c. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Dry basil leaves
- 1/4 tsp Dry marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Dry oregano
- 2 lrg Cloves garlic, finely minced
Direcciones
- Cut chicken into pcs; cut each breast half into halves and remove skin.
- Heat margarine and oil in rectangular pan 13x9x2 inches in 375 oven till margarine is melted. Stir in remaining ingredients except chicken. Place chicken, meaty side down, in pan, turning to coat with herb mix. Cook uncovered 30 min. Turn chicken; cook till thickest pcs are done, about 30 min longer.
