  • 1 whole chicken cut up
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sliced onion
  • 1/2 c. sherry cooking wine
  • 4 T veg. oil

Direcciones

  1. Cut chicken wash and pat dry. In frying pan heat 4 tbsp veg. oil to brown chicken. Arrange chicken on 13 x 9 x 2 pan with the rest of the ingredients. Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered turning over once. Serve with steamed rice, 4 bean and rolls.
