Receta Baked Cranberry Sauce

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Fresh cranberries, washed and liquid removed
- 1 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 x 13 ounce. jar orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 c. Minced walnuts or possibly pecans, toasted
Direcciones
- Place cranberries in large bowl. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Add in to berries. Spoon into 9" square baking dish. Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350 d. for 45 min. Remove from oven and stir in orange marmalade and lemon juice. Stir in walnuts or possibly pecans. Mix well.
- Serve hot or possibly cool. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
- Serves 12-15.
- Notes: You can also microwave it, covered with saran wrap if you are in a hurry.
