Receta Baked Cranberry Squash

Ingredientes
- 2 lrg acorn squash, split length- wise and seeded
- 1 c. minced pear
- 1/2 c. raw cranberries, (fresh or possibly frzn)
- 3 Tbsp. undiluted orange juice concentrate
- 3 Tbsp. honey or possibly maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp grnd allspice
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400F. Place squash cut side up on foil-lined baking sheet. In a large bowl, combine pear, cranberries, orange juice concentrate, honey or possibly syrup, cinnamon and allspice. Spoon mix into squash cavities. Use any extra liquid to brush cut edges of squash. Bake 45 min to 1 hour, or possibly till squash is soft. Serve warm.
