Receta Baked Custard - Flan

Ingredientes
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 8 T sugar
- 1 (14 ounce) can Borden condensed lowfat milk
- 1 can of water equal to 14 ounce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Part I - In loaf pan heat sugar over a low heat. Stir occasionally to prevent burning of sugar.Part II - Beat large eggs, sufficient to mix yolks and whites in large bowl. Add in sugar, lowfat milk, water, salt and vanilla. Strain. Pour over caramel in the loaf pan. Set loaf pan in larger pan filled with hot water and bake in a moderate oven (350 degrees) for 1 hour or possibly till hard. When cool turn over on plate and slice.
- Makes approximately 8 servings.
