Receta Baked Honey Custard

Ingredientes
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Almond extract
- 4 x Large eggs
- 2 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Honey
Direcciones
- Beat Large eggs slightly with fork; add in honey, lowfat milk, salt and almond extract.
- Pour into custard c. (or possibly bake dish). Place in pan and pour boiling water
- (2 inches) around c.. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees 40 to 50 min or possibly till center is hard. Remove from water to cold. Chill, unmold or possibly serve in c. plain or possibly with favorite sauce.
- Makes 6 servings.
