Receta Baked Liver With Apples

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Beef liver, sliced
- 2 med Apples, minced
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 6 slc Bacon, cut in pcs
- 1/4 c. Water, or possibly beef bouillon
Direcciones
- Place liver in greased shallow casserole. cover with apples, onion, salt, and pepper. Top with bacon pcs and add in liquid. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hrs, removing cover during last 20 min of baking.
