Receta Baked Pork Chops And Rice

Ingredientes
- 8 x pork chops, center cut salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 1/2 c. long-grain rice
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 can beef consomme
- 1 1/2 can water, soup cans
- 1 x green pepper, sliced
- 1 x onion, sliced
- 1 x tomato, sliced
Direcciones
- Season meat, saute/fry in oil till well browned. Combine rice, mushrooms, consumme and water; place in a lightly greased casserole dish. Arrange chops on top. Place a slice of pepper, onion and tomato on top of each chop. Cover tightly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 30 min.
