Receta Baked Scallops And Mushrooms
Ingredientes
- 4 T butter
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 3 teaspoon sherry
- 8 fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pound bay or possibly sea scallops
- Paprika
- 2 T bread crumbs
Direcciones
- In a small saucepan, heat the butter. Add in garlic and saute over low heat for 2-3 min, remove from heat, add in sherry and set aside. In a small greased pie plate arrange the mushrooms on the bottom and top with scallops. Pour butter and garlic over scallops and sprinkle with paprika and bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min or possibly bay scallops and 10-15 min for sea scallops or possibly till the scallops turn opaque.
