- 1 dozen large eggs
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper
- 12 slices bacon, sausage, or possibly ham, cooked
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Put together large eggs, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Beat and scramble to moist stage. Cook ham, bacon, or possibly sausage. Layer in 9 x 13 inch pan large eggs, lowfat sour cream, and meat. Cover with cheese. Cover and chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
