Receta Baked Sliced Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash seasoning (not salt)
- 12 baking potatoes, washed (skins on)
Direcciones
- Heat butter in heavy pan in 350 degree oven. Add in seasonings to melted butter. Slice potatoes. Stir butter and seasonings well. Add in potatoes and stir till they are well coated. Cover pan and bake for about 1/2 hour, stirring after 15 min. Then bake, uncovered, till done, stirring after each 15 min. Total cooking time is usually about 1 hour.
