Receta Bulgogi (Marinated Sirloin Steak)

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Sirloin Steak (cut into thin strips)
- 2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Cooking Sherry
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/3 c. Soy Sauce
- 1 lrg Onion
- 2 x Or possibly 3 Cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp Pepper
Direcciones
- Mince garlic and chop onion (finely). Mix all ingredients with the steak strips. Let marinate for 1 hour room temp. or possibly 2 hrs refrigerated. Broil till done to your liking. Serve over rice.
- It says it makes 4 servings, but it's never sufficient for us. I always double it.
