Receta Baked Vidalia Onion Dip

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter or possibly margarine
- 3 lrg Vidalia onions coarsely minced
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese - (8 ounce)
- 2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts - (8 ounce) liquid removed, minced
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 1/2 tsp warm sauce
Direcciones
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat; add in onion, and saute/fry 10 min or possibly till tender.
- Stir together shredded Swiss cheese and next 5 ingredients; stir in onion, blending well. Spoon mix into a lightly greased 2-qt baking dish.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min, and let stand 10 min. Serve with tortilla chips or possibly crackers.
- This recipe yields 6 c..
- To Lighten: Substitute vegetable cooking spray for butter; substitute reduced-fat Swiss cheese and light mayonnaise.
